Exchange and Cancellation Policy
All orders can be cancelled before shipping. If you have paid for your order and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
We would like to humbly request in case of any cancellations, please notify us within 12 hours of placing the order and not after it has been dispatched so we can minimize inconvenience to our delivery partner. This kind gesture will also help us achieve our core value of minimizing waste as all our items are made- to- order.
All items on Black Friday are Final Sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred.

For any returns customers will be responsible for any logistic costs incured and will be borne by the customer.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Please note that we do not offer exchange or refunds for " I do not look good in it" factor, as each item is made - to - order. Shop responsibly!
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address or are unreachable, etc)
- Once placing the order and the order is processed and ready for pickup, you decide you want to cancel (unless given a valid reason). As this causes waste and we are extremely conscious about not keeping stock as it inputs to waste.

Custom measurement orders
Custom orders cannot be exchanged or returned unless of manufacturing defects (Tears, stains, defects in stitching) , please check measurements are precise.
All sale items are final sale.
If the size does not fit, we will exchange it within 07 days of purchase if the item is in good condition (Exchange & delivery charge Rs. 400 applies for exchange).
To be eligible for refund or exchanges, your item must be unused and in the same condition it was received. You must also have receipt or proof of purchase. We requests the customer to ensure that the items are packed and sealed up properly for exchange to avoid damage and tampering on their way to us.
We will notify you when we have received your return item. Item will immediately be inspected to determine return/exchange eligibility. If your exchange is approved we will notify you.
In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. In this case, you will not be entitled for an exchange and you will have to bear the courier charges for the pickup and return.
Please note that all exchanges will take a period of 08 - 10 working days in order to accommodate the courier return time, inspection time, product processing and courier delivery time. We appreciate your patience.
